Except for the earthquake everything was great. Otherwise really good breakfast, real coffee costs extra but also tastes good!

Overall had really good stay with suggestions and ideas of what we could do and see during our stay. The location was super central, near to the port, shopping and on the square, the main square of the really beautiful city of argostoli, and all the restaurants and bars.

The rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of the harbor and main square. The rooms feature luxurious fixtures, and the marble bathrooms enhance the modern feel of the space.
The air conditioning in the room had ongoing issues, requiring resets and leading to discomfort during the night, along with no mirrors provided for personal grooming essentials such as drying hair or applying makeup. Breakfast fell short when arriving later, with limited fruit and juice options, while a lack of tea and coffee facilities made mornings less convenient. Lastly, the bar was infrequently open.

Good mattresses and truly a beautiful spacious marble lined shower with good water pressure and rain shower. The room with a balcony facing a beautiful and lively, but not noisy place, even until late, and Google finds the address without problems.

The good, the bad, and the unexpected
Staying in the heart of the central square is unbeatable! Convenient for dining and activities, our stay was mostly good. The room was tidy, complemented by friendly staff who were eager to assist. Parking was challenging, and some noise from the vibrant square carried into the night, but these were minor drawbacks.

Perfect breakfast and right in the centre. All brand new and very modern. Highly recommended, value for money is perfect. Within a radius of a few meters there are many top restaurants at a good price.

Swimming and snorkeling were highlights, and exploring local cafes added to our experience. The location is perfect for visiting nearby beaches and cultural spots. The breakfast was good and replenished well.
There was no bar open , quite disappointing, especially when we wanted to celebrate a special occasion.

Very clean in appearance, but after repair work in the bathroom the worn ceiling was insufficiently removed.

great service but limited common areas
The staff provided really good service, especially Fortis at the reception, who anticipated every need. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the city view from my room. The shower had great water pressure, and the amenities were lovely.
There could be more seating options in the common areas to enhance relaxation.

Very nice and courteous staff. Good location, and quiet rooms. Not all rooms have balcony, but this point is noted in advance.
That we couldn't switch to a balcony room due to overbooking.
